Question 1

What is tattoo studio management software?

Accepted Answer

Tattoo studio management software is a platform that helps tattoo and piercing studios run their entire business from one system. Instead of juggling a calendar app, a separate payment terminal, spreadsheets for commissions, and paper waiver forms, studio management software brings booking, client management, POS, waivers, session timing, artist payouts, and financial reporting into one connected platform.

Question 7

What is Tatify Flash Event Mode?

You can upload flash designs with pricing, accept online selections and bookings, manage a live queue, track artist production during the event, and review analytics afterward — all without paper lists or scattered messages.

Question 8

Does Tatify include a session timer?

Question 10

Can existing client data be imported?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Existing client data can be imported into Tatify Studio Pro. The platform also includes duplicate-client detection and merge tools to keep your CRM clean when importing from multiple sources.

Question 11

Does Tatify replace a basic appointment calendar?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tatify goes beyond a basic appointment calendar by connecting booking to client profiles, deposits, waivers, session timing, checkout, artist payouts, and financial reporting. When a client books online, their information flows through the entire workflow automatically.

Question 12

How does Tatify help reduce missed appointments?

Accepted Answer

Tatify sends automated SMS and email reminders at 24-hour and 2-hour intervals before appointments. Studios can also require deposits at booking and enforce deposit requirements for clients with a history of no-shows. These tools work together to significantly reduce missed appointments.
